In July 2021, several educators from across the Province of BC and beyond, gathered virtually to learn about hybrid and hyflex modes of instruction. The one week BCcampus FLO Microcourse: Getting Started with Hybrid and Hyflex Learning was led by Matthew Stranach of TRU and Olaolu Adeleye of RRU. Exploring resources, sharing what was learned, and discussing inspirations for implementing the formats in the fall, the 70-something participants formulated a plan of action.

I chose to focus my learning on hyflex, since this format was new to me. At the conclusion of this course, I developed an infographic to capture my takeaways.
